Public Attitudes Toward Science: A Poll

In conjunction with its sister publication Nature, Scientific American is conducting a global poll of opinion on attitudes toward science. The poll is intended to answer such questions as “how do we as a society feel about science and scientists? Are we comfortable with the methods of science? Do we value the findings? And how do people’s feelings about science vary in different countries?”

The poll takes only a few minutes to complete (it took us less than ten). The results will be published in a future edition of Scientific American and (one hopes) online.

You can take the poll here.
