The Federal Citizens Information Center offers a free 13-page publication available on request or online entitled A Guide for Seniors: Protect Yourself Against Investment Fraud. Produced by the US Securities and Exchange Commission Office of Investor Education and Advocacy, the document provides a number of commonsense tips, useful advice and helpful contacts. And it’s free.
